UPDATE

Not much to really update. AC is STILL stuck in Denver, hopefully they will be on their way home tomorrow. KT has spent most of the week at Jade's. On Monday I had a little adventure. I went chasing the circus train!!!

I found the train and decided to wait at the arena because I knew they ALWAYS walk the elephants on the streets from the train to the circus. I was not disappointed!!

And of course, after the elephants comes this....

UPDATE

This week was pretty normal. I stayed on crutches all week long. Now I'm back on the compression boot to see how I do.

The big news this week is that when Austin went to High School church on Wed night, he got BAPTIZED! Made the decision on his own. Wish I would have been there but happy and proud none the less!!!!

KT and I went to the Angels/Yankees game on Friday night. It was an awesome game and the Angels won 10-6.

To answer your questions....I am going back to school to get my AA in Human Services with a minor in Alcohol/Drug Studies. It will take me years as I'm only taking a few classes each semester and I don't know what I'll do with it yet. Just going where God leads me.

At the 7th inning stretch GREG BRADY (!!!!!) sang Take Me Out to the Ballgame. KT didn't understand why I was excited.

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!

KT and her friend and I went to Bolsa Chica State Beach today with my church's Surf Fellowship. It was wonderful! It was super windy and actually cold! It was awesome to have church on the beach, though and we will be going back every time they do it.

Tonight, we went over to my old boss's house to watch the fireworks from Mt Rubidoux.

We are both super sunburned and really tired. AC went to the mountains with a friend overnight.

Oh yeah. I went back to the dr on Thurs because my ankle was not getting better, but worse. Turns out I didn't just sprain it, I tore a ligament, also. Sooooo, I'm in a hard splint 1/2 cast and on crutches at least till Tues. I HATE crutches!!!!

Yesterday, I got to meet up with one of my old high school friends, Mad, who I haven't see in about 25 years. It was soooooo wonderful!!!!!

I got good news in the mail yesterday!!! I qualify for a waiver of all my fees for college AND a federal grant. How cool is that? They're going to pay me to go back to school!!
