I'M HERE

Yes, I'm alive. It has just been a really tough couple of weeks....a couple of medical procedures, Katie's death, not feeling real well... just a bunch of hard to deal with stuff. And it's starting to get busy at work.
We haven't been doing that much because I haven't been feeling up to it really. I did get my electrical fixed, and it wasn't all that expensive so praise God for that. The kids have spring break next week and will probably be spending some time with Aunt P, letting me get a little of a break and some much needed ME time!!

Here are some random pictures I've taken in the last few weeks. I haven't had the chance to date and number them all for Project 365.
.

.
(this little guy is one of AC's old toys. He's been in our yard, headless, for years.)

.
This is a rogue lettuce plant. I have 2. I guess I dropped some seeds last year or something.

.
This guy scared the crap out of me. I was trying to take pictures of the ladybug, getting all close and everything, and in the corner of my eye I saw him. Needless to say, I screamed.

((((((((Diane))))))))) I'm glad you will be getting some "me" time soon. You deserve it!

Why was the fire truck tilted like that?

Haha nice headless toy. Is it Astro boy? I think that's his name...

Ladybugs are the cutest bugs out there! LOL I would have screamed at that grasshopper (that's what it is right?) too! They are gross bugs and it hurts when they fly into your face!

I don't like the spider web :/ but the lady bug was soo cute :P

Nicole- the fire truck hood tilts like that so they can look at the engine

I can't narrow down which pictures I like best. I love them all! But mostly I'm glad you're still out there! Hope the alone time helps... It's rare for me, but quite a treat! I can actually finish a whole thought uninterrupted. I'm not saying it's a deep thought or anything. Just saying I'm glad when I can finish one!

Awesome shots Diane!!! I love the cactus one - the way the sun is shining on the needles, it's lovely!
