Jen, I don't know if you can taste it or not, I didn't even try one. I don't like shrimp and I don't like coconut. I have a HUGE habit of cooking things that I won't eat.
That would get you into trouble with my family. Ever since my great-great aunt accidentally fed horse meat to my grandfather we've had a tradition of waiting for the cook to take the first bite.
